Order, Shipment and Account Text Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive conversational SMS messages from Mialab related to your interactions with us, including but not limited to:

• Order and job status updates
• Shipment notifications
• Account and billing communications
• Customer service conversations
• Important service announcements

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with Mialab. On average, you can expect to receive 1 to 2 messages per month.

Mialab reserves the right to adjust message frequency at any time. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
