Wholesale Optical Lab for Texas Practices, Shipping from Florida

Mialab is a wholesale optical lab in the Miami, Florida area, in business since 1997, and we work with independent practices in Texas. Here is how it works when your optical lab is in another state.

Working With a Lab in Another State

Your jobs ship to Texas from our lab in South Florida. We ship to all 50 states, so distance isn’t a reason to rule us out. What matters most is knowing what to expect: consistent work, a typical turnaround you can plan around, and a team that answers when you call. If you need to talk through a job, our whole team supports customers in English and Spanish.

Planning Around the Time Difference

Most of Texas is on Central Time, one hour behind our lab in Florida. If you need to talk to us about a job before the end of the day, call a little earlier than you would a local lab. Our hours are on the contact page.

What Texas Practices Can Order

Typical Turnaround

In our lab, uncut lenses typically take about 24 hours, and jobs with AR typically take 2 days more. These are typical times, not promises: some jobs take a little longer or a little less, and shipping time to Texas comes on top. If a patient needs glasses sooner, rush service is available; ask our team about it.

Warranty

All digital lenses carry a 1-year warranty, for any reason within that year. All frames have a 1 year warranty. AR coverage is 1 year on Jade 1 and 2 years on Jade 2, Sky and Full Protect.
