Typical Turnaround

Uncut lenses typically take about 24 hours. Add 2 days for jobs with AR. Times depend on the job, and some jobs take a little longer or a little less. When a patient can’t wait, ask about rush service.

Warranty

All digital lenses are covered for 1 year, for any reason within that year. All frames have a 1 year warranty. AR coatings: Jade 1 is covered for 1 year, and Jade 2, Sky and Full Protect for 2 years.
