Digital Lens and Frame Warranty

All digital lenses are covered for 1 year, for any reason within that year. All frames have a 1 year warranty.

Typical Turnaround

Uncut lenses typically take about 24 hours in our lab, and jobs with AR typically take 2 more days. Times depend on the job. We also process VSP orders in-house, including Unity and TechShield, and Alabama practices can route their VSP jobs to us.

Is Alabama on a different time zone from your lab?

Yes. Alabama is on Central Time and our lab in the Miami area is on Eastern Time, so we are one hour ahead of most Alabama practices.

Which AR coating has the longest warranty?

Jade 2, Sky and Full Protect are covered for 2 years. Jade 1 is covered for 1 year.
