A South Florida Wholesale Optical Lab for the US and the Caribbean
Mialab is a wholesale optical lab in South Florida. We work with eyecare professionals all over the United States, and we also serve the Caribbean. We have been in this business since 1997.
If you run an optical shop, an optometry practice or an opticianry, here is a look at how we work.
Who We Are
Mialab is independent and family owned and operated. Our lab is in the Miami area, and we make prescription lenses for optical professionals, not for the public.
We focus on the work your patients wear every day: digital freeform lenses, AR coatings and finished jobs, made in our lab.
Lenses and Coatings
- Digital freeform lenses, including our Camber™ and Remedy lens lines. Learn more about Camber™ technology, Remedy Plus and Remedy Max progressive lenses.
- AR coatings in several options. See our AR coatings.
Serving Practices Across the US
We ship to all 50 states. Whether your practice is in Florida or across the country, you send the Rx and we send the job back ready to dispense. For US accounts:
- Rush service is available when a job can’t wait. Ask our team for details on your job.
- Next day shipping is available, with pricing set for each account. Ask us what it would cost for your practice.
- Real-time tracking lets you check your patients’ job status online at any time.
- Digital lens warranty: all digital lenses are covered for 1 year, for any reason within that year.
- AR coatings are backed by 1 to 2 year warranties, depending on the coating.
- New account offer: new US accounts receive a $250 statement credit.
Serving the Caribbean
Nassau, The Bahamas
We also serve the Caribbean. Contact us to talk through how we work with practices in the Caribbean. Call us at (305) 364-7100 or email support@mialab.com, and a member of our team will go over it with you.
Real People, in English and Spanish
When you call or email Mialab, a real person answers, not a bot or a phone menu. Our whole team supports customers in English and Spanish, so you can handle orders, questions and remakes in the language you prefer.
Call us at (305) 364-7100 or email support@mialab.com. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time, and closed 1 to 2pm for lunch.
