Our lens manufacturing process consists of several key stages. The initial step is surfacing, during which we transform semi-finished lenses by incorporating the prescribed prescription onto the back side. This involves precise cutting and polishing of the plastic lens material.
The subsequent stage involves the application of an Anti-Reflective (AR) coating. Utilizing carefully controlled, vacuum-sealed chambers, we deposit ultra-thin layers of coating onto the lenses, enhancing their performance and reducing reflections.
Quality Assurance (QA) is an integral part of our lens manufacturing process. We implement rigorous QA measures at every stage to ensure the lenses meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance. This ongoing quality control is an essential aspect of the lens life cycle.
The final stage is finishing. Here, we take the lens in its uncut form and shape it to the required specifications. Subsequently, we skillfully insert the finished lens into a frame, resulting in a completed prescription eyewear product.
